Yes. Once you're on a plan, we bill your card automatically every month and top up your balance with that month's credits — you don't have to do anything. Unused credits never expire and roll over to the next month, so nothing is wasted if you skip a month.

There's no free tier — every account starts at 0 credits. Starter ($9/mo) is the cheapest way in: 72 credits a month (includes a +20% beta bonus), enough for about 6 complete mascot-to-animation flows.

What exactly does a credit get me?

1 credit covers a mascot, a costume/style variant, a pose, an AI-generated idea batch, or a first animation frame. A full animated video costs 10 credits. So one complete flow — mascot → animated first frame → video — runs about 12 credits.

How long does generation actually take?

Accepted Answer

A mascot's reference image is usually ready in 20–30 seconds. Turning a frame into a full animated video takes about 30–60 seconds — both run on our servers, so it's fine to step away. Once the video's done, keep that tab open for a few extra seconds while it finishes converting to your final animated GIF.

What if I run out of credits before my next renewal?

Buy a one-off top-up pack anytime — they don't require a subscription and never expire. Your monthly plan credits and top-up credits share the same balance, so nothing needs to be tracked separately.

Do I need any design or animation experience?

No. Describe your character in plain text — colors, personality, a few distinctive details — and the AI handles the illustration and animation. Most people go from a text prompt to a finished animated mascot without touching an image editor.

What file format do I actually get?

Your mascot's original reference image downloads as PNG; variants and poses download as JPEG. Finished animations export as a transparent, loop-ready GIF — no video player or special app needed, it drops straight into a website, app, or slide deck.

Yes, fully. Anything you generate — the reference image, variants, poses, and animations — is yours to use commercially with no royalties or attribution owed to us. Full details are in our Terms of Service.

Is this AI-generated? Any limitations?

Yes — every image, pose, and animation is produced by third-party AI models. Output can vary in quality or consistency between generations even from similar prompts, and we can't guarantee a result is fully unique. Review generated content before relying on it commercially.
