Account information: your email address and login credentials, handled by our authentication provider, Supabase.
Content you create: the prompts you type, and the mascot images, variants, poses, and animations generated from them.
Payment information: handled entirely by our payment processor, Polar — we receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and which plan/credits it covers, but we never see or store your card number.
To operate the Service: authenticate you, generate the content you request, track your credit balance, process payments, and provide support when you contact us. We don't sell your data, and we don't use your prompts or generated content to train our own models.
Your account data and generated content are stored for as long as your account exists. To delete your account and associated data, or to request an export of your data, message us on X — we don't yet have a fully automated self-service deletion flow, so we'll process your request manually within a reasonable time.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, message us on X.
The Service isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above.
