Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Mascofast ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

Mascofast lets you describe a character in text and generates a mascot reference image, style variants, poses, and animated video/GIF exports from it. Generation is performed by third-party AI models we call on your behalf — we don't train or run these models ourselves.

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Subscription plans renew automatically and are billed to your payment method every month until cancelled. Credits granted by your plan are added to your balance on each renewal; unused credits carry over and never expire on their own. One-off credit top-ups never expire and don't require an active subscription. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Polar — Mascofast never sees or stores your card details.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Manage Billing option on your billing page. Cancelling stops future billing immediately; credits already in your balance remain yours to use and are not clawed back. See our Refund Policy for what happens to unused credits.

You own the mascots, variants, poses, and animations you generate through the Service. You're free to use them commercially — in games, apps, marketing, or anywhere else — with no royalties owed to us and no attribution required.

Output is produced by third-party AI models and can vary in quality, consistency, or accuracy between generations, even from similar prompts. We don't guarantee that generated content is unique, free of resemblance to existing works, or fit for any particular purpose. You're responsible for reviewing generated content before relying on it commercially, including checking it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

Don't use the Service to generate content that's illegal, infringing, or intended to harass or deceive others, and don't attempt to abuse, overload, or circumvent the Service's systems (including its credit or rate limits). We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.

You can stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. If we terminate your account for reasons other than a violation on your part, any unused credits will be refunded.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mascofast is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

These terms are governed by the laws of [Your jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
